Load Scheduling Software w/ Automatic One Line Diagrams, Panel Scheduling, and Wiring Schematics

LoadMatic

The LoadMaticâ„¢ load scheduling software takes data obtained from your project's P&ID by way of import and uses that information to:

  1. Automatically size starters, breakers, and cables.
  2. Create and manage the cable load lists.
  3. Develop the auxiliary bus network.
  4. Generate load schedules automatically.
  5. Generate panel schedules automatically.
  6. Generate one line diagrams, or single line diagrams, automatically.
  7. Generate control wiring diagrams, or wiring schematics, automatically.
  8. ...and much more.

All of this occurs using the information you enter and automated NEC lookups while taking factors such as ampacity and voltage drop into consideration.  Data can also be exported to familiar formats such as E-TAP for a more in-depth load analysis.

Load Scheduling and Panel Scheduling

Load schedules and panel schedules are output to a Microsoft Excel format.  This gives the user the ability to output quickly to a .pdf format after the deliverable has been created and get these documents to the field for installation.

Take a look at the video demonstration below for a brief view into the power of the LoadMatic software.  This video starts at the beginning, outlining the creation of the auxiliary bus using drag/drop methods and data entry, and progresses into you deliverables being automatically generated.  The video goes further to demonstrate the automatic update that happens behind the scenes when a revision to the data is made.  This update affects the one-line diagrams, load schedules, and panel schedules... and it all happens by the click of a button.

Automatic One Line Diagrams and Wiring Schematics

The same flexibility is extended to the drawings created by LoadMatic. One line diagrams, or single line diagrams, and control wiring schematics are generated using your standard company AutoCAD (CAD) blocks, or those supplied by the client themselves.  After your CAD blocks have been customized and assigned to the loads and network items in your project, the Aeries Software Solution will populate the blocks for you based on the data in the project... whether it be calculated or prepared by the user!

If, during the design, it's found that a different block is needed, either due to a designer error or a project revision, the block assigned to the wiring schematic or one line diagrams can be changed at the click of a button.  Once the change is made the schematic or single line drawing can be updated automatically, reflecting changes without modifying portions of the drawing that are already finished.

These automated processes allow for fast drawing modification and data consistency over multiple deliverable formats.  Using this technique ultimately eliminates data duplication and the headache that can follow a revision.  Once created, all of this information is imported to the cable routing application CableMatic PlusTM  for features such as automatic cable sizing based on cable lengths and automatic 3d raceway modelling.  While these features can be provided with specific, company created Excel spreadsheet load tabulations, our automatic load scheduling software LoadMatic is an integral part of our software solution, and it's designed specifically with the electrical engineer in mind.
